Independent NDIS Support Coordination led by Effie Stagnitti — Melbourne, VIC.
My background combines professional experience in the disability sector with lived insight supporting close family members with intellectual disability and acquired brain injury. Navigating complex systems personally has shaped how I practise professionally with empathy, structure, and strong accountability.
I understand that behind every NDIS plan is a family trying to make things work. I understand how overwhelming funding, reports, reviews, providers, and systems can become and how important it is to have someone steady and strategic in your corner.
My philosophy is simple: every participant deserves clarity, respect, and genuine choice and control. Outside of work, I'm a wife, a mum, and someone who values family deeply I believe in hard work, integrity, and advocating strongly when it matters most.
Every participant deserves to understand their plan and make informed decisions I prioritise education, transparency and empowering you to guide your own supports.
Supports should be coordinated, clear and delivered properly. I make sure services are aligned, funding is monitored, and providers are held to a high standard.
I stand beside participants and families especially in complex situations. Clear communication and strong representation are central to my approach.
NDIS can feel overwhelming. I bring organisation, forward planning and strategic thinking so your supports work together effectively.
